Please join me for the Brahma Sequence, a two hour yoga experience. We will start with Pranayama (breath control) and centering. Then we will move into the Asana (physical practice) which is designed to touch and care for every muscle in the body. The physical practice will wind down into a time of Dhyana (guided meditation) and end with a much needed Shavasana (rest).The sequence is vigorous, yet the poses are simple and very approachable for students of all levels. We will practice in a cool room and develop our own internal heat. Hope to see you there!
