Come learn the self-massaging techniques to roll out muscular tension by gently untangling tissues target shoulder, neck, and back pain with the therapy ball method. Through a series of postures developed to minimize aches and pain, we will unwind tension from head to toe using therapeutic avenue to let go of pain through myofascial release.
