In this eight-class course, we will explore the Eight Limbs of Yoga as a path toward physical, mental, and emotional health, contentment, and peace. Lynnel brings 40 years of teaching experience, wit, and wisdom to the mat. Each session will contain a teaching, group discussion, and a custom-designed physical asana sequence to embody the lesson.
