Myofascial Massage and Guided Relaxation

This 90 minute workshop teaches the use of therapy balls for myofascial self massage and ends with an extended guided relaxation. Myofascial massage targets tension deep within the muscles. It may help with preventing injuries, reducing chronic pain, increasing strength, improving flexibility, posture, athletic performance and quality of life. Extended guided relaxation calms and regulates the nervous system.
Participants will receive their own set of therapy balls.
